We deliver shipments via courier companies: Inpost, Inpost Paczkomaty, ET Logistik, DB Schenker, Poczta Polska.

Delivery cost is determined individually for each item and is visible on the product page (detailed delivery costs are visible after adding the item to the basket). Each shipment is insured for the full amount of the order..
In the case of accepting more goods than ordered, the buyer agrees to be charged for the value of the excess goods over the ordered quantity.
In case other goods than ordered are found in the consignment, the buyer should refuse acceptance of the consignment, otherwise it shall be deemed that the buyer has agreed to amend the order and charge for the accepted goods according to prices valid on the day of dispatch.
The buyer shall confirm acceptance of delivery of goods on the consignment note and on the invoice copy with his/her own signature. Confirmation of receipt should bear the Client's stamp and include: the name of the Buyer, the legible name of the consignee, the position and legible signature of the person authorised to accept shipments.
Deliveries of parcels that have been notified of receipt can only be made to persons with written authorization after checking their identity. The original of the power of attorney should be attached to the acknowledgement of receipt.
In exceptional circumstances, postage costs may be subject to change. We will inform you of this before shipment of your order. In case of shipping to countries outside of the EU, other delivery costs (e.g. customs handling costs) may be added.
All shipments in our warehouse are carefully packed and checked before shipment. If you receive a shipment with damaged tape or damaged packaging indicating that the contents have been tampered with by third parties - you should refuse to accept the shipment and inform us about this fact. The case will already be handled by our team.
Information about the package leaving our warehouse together with the waybill number is sent to each customer via e-mail. After receiving such an e-mail, you should expect next day delivery. At any time you can check where your package is or call us and ask about its status.
To each shipped item we attach a receipt or VAT invoice, which are proof of purchase and basis for warranty. Invoices and receipts are placed under the waybill sticked to each package sent from our warehouse.
